đź”– Adding a Property to Your Watchlist

  1. Open the property file of a listing you're interested in.

  2. Tap the banner icon (it looks like a small marker or banner).

  3. A confirmation message will appear, and the icon will turn black to show it’s been added to your Watchlist.

đź“‚ Accessing Your Watchlist

  • Tap the Watchlist icon on the bottom menu bar of the app to open your saved properties.

🔍 Filtering Your Watchlist

Inside the Watchlist, you’ll see four tabs that help you track where each property sits in your investment journey:

  • Saved: All properties you've flagged.

  • Deal Analyser: Properties where you’ve filled out and saved the deal analyser.

  • Due Diligence: Properties where you've sent due diligence questions to an agent.

  • Offers: Properties you've submitted an offer on.

🧮 Comparing Properties

  • The Watchlist displays key investment metrics side by side, making it easy to compare properties and prioritise your next steps.

  • Tap on any property to re-open its file and continue working on it – whether you're running the numbers, checking agent responses, or drafting an offer.
