How to Use the Offer Template

The Offer Template lets you create and send a customised property offer to an agent directly from within Refindr. It guides you through all the key elements of an offer, while keeping your legal and professional bases covered.

🚪 Accessing the Offer Template

  • Open the property file for the property you’re ready to make an offer on.

  • Tap the "Draft Offer" button.

  • You’ll be taken to the Offer Template page to begin building your offer.

🛠️ Building Your Offer

You’ll find a structured, easy-to-use template with the following editable sections:

  1. Introduction – A pre-filled intro that you can personalise.

  2. Offer Amount – Enter your purchase offer price.

  3. Deposit Details – Add how much you're offering as a deposit and the timing.

  4. Settlement Date – Input the date you’d like to settle the property.

  5. Offer Expiry Date – Let the agent know how long the offer is valid.

đź“‹ Adding Conditions

  • Choose from suggested conditions by clicking the âž• button next to them. This adds them to the Selected Conditions box.

  • Once added, you can:

    • Tap Edit to update the number of days required for each condition.

    • Customise the wording if needed.

You can also add your own custom conditions:

  • Tap “Add New Condition”

  • Fill out the form with your condition details.

👤 Auto-Filled Details

  • Your lawyer’s information and personal contact details will automatically pull from your Refindr profile.

  • You can also add a special request if needed.

⚠️ Disclaimer

The offer is not legally binding and includes a non-removable disclaimer. The real estate agent will use the details you provide to generate an official contract for signing.

📤 Sending the Offer

  1. Once your offer is complete, tap Send Offer.

  2. Tick the boxes to confirm:

    • You’ve read and agreed to Refindr’s Terms & Conditions

    • You’ve checked your offer with your professional team (e.g. lawyer or accountant)

  3. The offer will be emailed directly to the agent, and you can also download a PDF copy for your records or to send to others.
