  1. Send Questions to Agent

    • Once your list is ready, click the “Send Questions to Agent” button.

    • The agent receives a custom form with your questions and can respond directly.

    • Their answers will automatically feed back into your Refindr dashboard under the property file.

  1. Upload Supporting Documents

    • Use the drag-and-drop uploader to attach any photos, videos, or files.

    • There are dedicated sections to store key documents such as:

      • Council Files

      • Title

      • Building & Pest Reports

      • Insurance Certificates

  1. Review & Prepare

    • Review all the information received before moving forward with your purchase.
